CODE OF ORDINANCES FOR OAK VALLEY, TEXAS

For all sections in the Zoning Code, the term "Construction" is defined as:

The addition of square footage to any current or future dwelling, regardless if this is for non-residential or residential structure.

  • All applicants must apply for "Non-Residential Building Permit" prior to any construction.
